Hyundai Motor Group Vice Chairman Chung Eui-sun plans to personally introduce the carmaker’s upcoming Kona compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) to the public next week. The heir of Korea’s top automotive group is set to present the new model June 13 at Hyundai Motor Studio in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, according to the company, Sunday. The vice chairman has never unveiled a new car for the company before, although he has delivered several speeches at worldwide events such as the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and the 2015 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).
